Drug Delivery International (DDi) is a privately owned drug formulation company founded in 2010. The company brings together the scientific experience of Professors Howard Stevens and Alex Mullen with the business expertise of Dr Carol Thomson.

Our culture and principles are centred on our scientific integrity and we pride ourselves on working closely with our customers, maintaining open communication channels and exceeding expectations.

Our customers range from large pharmaceutical and generics corporations to smaller, more specialised companies. We maintain strong academic links with the University of Strathclyde, undertaking collaborative research projects and supporting student learning. Our Collaborators

As part of the Bio-Images Group, we work closely with our sister company, Bio-Images Research, experts in early phase clinical studies on drug delivery systems, particularly in the use of gamma scintigraphy for assessing formulation behaviour in man.

Our capabilities in clinical proof of concept studies are further strengthened by our partnership with CPS Research, an established UK clinical research facility with over 23 years’ experience in almost every therapeutic area and recruitment of a wide range of patient groups.
